Get those sails laundered – only three months to go – Lift In will be Saturday 13 April

As you’ll all be looking for distractions in this cold weather with its long nights, we’ve added some winter events in the Bell Block involving splicing, knots and race officer duties to our calendar.
Monday the 15th October saw the FCYC AGM and the stepping down of our Commodore Frank Martin. Frank’s tenure at the helm of the club has seen, arguably, the most significant step forward for the club in decades, in that we’ve finally secured a long term lease on the yard on Middle Pier.
Here’s Frank with the finance team, who’ve scraped enough together from an appreciative membership to present him with an ex-Commodore’s burgee. Fair winds, Frank!
