The second annual Forth Midsummer Challenge was a huge success, with a record turnout. Here are some excellent pictures of the day – with many thanks to Shannon Tofts.

In case you missed it, an important announcement has been made by the Commodore and can be read here.
For your diaries:
Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 June Edinburgh Gin Regatta.
Saturday 20 June Sail Run Row Race.
Please support both these club events.
Please inform Eddie Myatt if you are able to take part in the Sail Run Row race on the 20th we need a minimum of 10 club yachts to make this event as successful as it was last year. Don’t worry if you aren’t a racer this event is more about fun than racing, but I need at least 10 skippers to commit to turn up.
Here’s a document with all the details : Forth Midsummer Challenge 2015
Ahoy!
Volunteers are required to antifoul and paint the two Dumbos. The hard work scraping and cleaning has been completed thanks to Jason.
Several moorings still need to be inspected. If you have not been involved in mooring parties to date it is possible that your allocated mooring is one of these. Mooring and work parties will be on Saturdays starting around 10am.
Mooring junks should also be inspected and replaced before lift in on 11th April.
Please do not use the Dumbos to inspect and replace junks. It is pointless cleaning and painting these boats to use them to maintain moorings.
I also take the opportunity to remind you that antifouling and painting on lift in day is not acceptable. All cradle pad areas must be painted before lift in day.
